九華山黃精
黃精，在九華山普遍生長，是多年生的百合科草本植物，又名“雞頭參”、“老虎姜”，多生長在陰濕山坡或溝谷兩側(cè)，一枝多葉，葉短似竹，花綠白色，三至五朵集成傘狀，花梗下垂，根莖橫生，肥大肉質(zhì)。加工考究，一般經(jīng)九蒸九曬工序，通稱“九制黃精”。黃精加工成品，油潤、氣香、味甜，既可藥用，也可食用。具有補(bǔ)中益氣，除風(fēng)溫、安五臟、強(qiáng)筋骨、止寒熱、填精髓之功效，能補(bǔ)諸虛，久服神清氣爽，延年益壽之功效。相傳明代高僧海玉大師在九華山百歲宮山洞內(nèi)苦修，不進(jìn)米飯，食黃精為生，終年110歲。唐代杜甫詩曰：“掃除白發(fā)黃精在，君看他年冰雪容。

【來源】為百合科植物黃精、囊絲黃精、熱河黃精、滇黃精、卷葉黃精等的根莖。
【植物形態(tài)】①黃精多年生草本。
根莖橫走，肥大肉質(zhì)，黃白色，略呈扁圓柱形。
有數(shù)個(gè)莖痕，莖痕處較粗大，最粗處直徑可達(dá)2.5厘米，生少數(shù)須根。
莖直立，圓柱形，單一，高50～80厘米，光滑無毛。
葉無柄；通常4～5枚輪生；葉片線狀披針形至線形，長7～11厘米，寬5～12毫米，先端漸尖并卷曲，上面綠色，下面淡綠色。
花腋生，下垂，花梗長1.5～2厘米，先端2歧，著生花2朵；苞片小，遠(yuǎn)較花梗短；花被筒狀，長8～13毫米，白色，先端6齒裂，帶綠白色；雄蕊6，著生于花被管的中部，花絲光滑；雌蕊1，與雄蕊等長，子房上位，柱頭上有白色毛。
漿果球形，直徑7～10毫米，成熟時(shí)黑色。
花期5～6月。
果期6～7月。
生于荒山坡及山地雜木林或灌木叢的邊緣。
分布黑龍江、吉林、遼寧、河北、山東、江蘇、河南、山西、陜西、內(nèi)蒙古等地。
②囊絲黃精多年生草本。
根莖橫生，肥大肉質(zhì)，近圓柱形，節(jié)處較膨大，直徑釣1.5厘米。
莖圓柱形，高40～80厘米，光滑無毛，有時(shí)散生銹褐色斑點(diǎn)。
葉無柄，互生；葉片革質(zhì)，橢圓形，有時(shí)為長圓狀或卵狀橢圓形，長8～14厘米，寬3～6厘米，先端鈍尖，兩面均光滑無毛，葉脈5～7條。
花腋生，總花梗下垂，長約2厘米，通常著花3～5朵或更多，略呈傘形；小花梗長約1厘米；花被綠白色，筒狀，長約2厘米，先端6齒裂；雄蕊6，花絲上有柔毛或小乳突；雌蕊1，與雄蕊等長。
漿果球形，成熟時(shí)暗紫色，直徑1～1.5厘米。
種子圓球形。
花期4～5月。
果期6～9月。
生山地。
分布山東、江蘇、安徽、浙江、湖北、江西、湖南、廣東、廣西、河南等地。
③熱河黃精，又名：多花玉竹。
多年生草本，高30～70厘米。
根莖橫生，圓柱形，有節(jié)。
莖直立，單一。
葉互生，生于莖中部以上的無柄或有極短的柄；葉片廣橢圓形或長卵形，長3～8厘米，寬1～3厘米，先端鈍，基部圓形，全緣，下面具灰粉狀物。
花腋生，總花梗長3～6厘米，著生4～10花，成聚傘花序。
花被筒狀，乳白色，先端6裂，裂片鈍三角形；雄蕊6，著生在花被筒的中央；子房卵圓形，具細(xì)長白色花柱。
漿果球形，熟時(shí)黑色。
花期5月。
果期6～7月。
生于林下、山坡草地。
分布東北及河北、山東等地。
④滇黃精多年生草本，高可達(dá)1米。
根莖橫生，有節(jié)。
莖直立，單一。
葉4～6片輪生，線形，長8～13厘米，寬1.5～2厘米，先端漸尖而卷曲，基部漸狹；無柄。
花1～3朵腋生；花被筒狀，淡綠色，6裂。
漿果球形，熟時(shí)橙紅色。

⑤卷葉黃精，參見老虎姜條。
同屬植物玫瑰紅黃精 (新疆)、甘肅黃精(西北，以上兩種參見羊角參條)、彎花柱黃精(寧夏)、紅果黃精(青海、甘肅)、長梗黃精(浙江、福建)、深山黃精(浙江、江西)等在少數(shù)地區(qū)亦作黃精使用。
【采集】春、秋采收，以秋采者質(zhì)佳。
挖取根莖，除去地上部分及須根，洗去泥土，置蒸籠內(nèi)蒸至呈現(xiàn)油潤時(shí)，取出曬干或烘干。
或置水中煮沸后，撈出曬干或烘干。
【藥材】干燥根莖，呈不規(guī)則的圓錐狀，形似雞頭(習(xí)稱雞頭黃精)，或呈結(jié)節(jié)塊狀似姜形(習(xí)稱姜形黃精)。
分枝少而短粗，長3～10厘米，直徑1～3厘米。
表面黃白色至黃棕色，半透明，全體有細(xì)皺紋及稍隆起呈波狀的環(huán)節(jié)，地上莖痕呈圓盤狀，中心常凹陷，根痕多呈點(diǎn)狀突起，分布全體或多集生于膨大部分。
干燥者質(zhì)硬，易折斷，未完全干燥者質(zhì)柔韌；斷面淡棕色，呈半透明角質(zhì)樣或蠟質(zhì)狀，并有多數(shù)黃白色小點(diǎn)。
無臭，味微甜而有粘性。
以塊大、色黃、斷面透明、質(zhì)潤澤、習(xí)稱冰糖渣者為佳。
主產(chǎn)貴州、湖南、浙江、廣西、河北、內(nèi)蒙古、遼寧、山西。
【化學(xué)成分】黃精的根莖含粘液質(zhì)、淀粉及糖分。
囊絲黃精的根莖含吖丁啶羧酸、天門冬氨酸、高絲氨酸、二氨基丁酸、毛地黃糖甙以及多種慧醌類化合物。
葉含牡荊素木糖甙和5，4′-二羥基黃酮的糖甙。
【藥理作用】①抗菌作用黃精在試管內(nèi)對(duì)抗酸菌有抑制作用，其煎劑對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)性結(jié)核病的豚鼠，在感染結(jié)核菌同時(shí)給藥與感染后淋巴腫大再給藥，均有顯著的抑菌效果，且能改善健康狀況，其療效與異煙肼接近。
對(duì)傷寒桿菌僅有微弱的抑制作用(抗菌最低濃度為500～1000毫克%)，對(duì)金黃色葡萄球菌無抑制作用(抗苗最低濃度)1000毫克%)。
但也有報(bào)道黃精粗制劑及水抽出液，對(duì)上述兩種細(xì)菌均有抑制作用。
其1：10濃度對(duì)腺2病毒有延緩作用，對(duì)皰疹病毒有抑制作用。
②抗真菌作用黃精醇提水溶液2%以上濃度便開始對(duì)多種真菌有抑制作用，如堇色毛癬菌、紅色表皮癬菌等，其水抽出物對(duì)石膏樣毛癬菌及考夫曼-沃爾夫氏表皮癬菌有抑制作用，但有報(bào)道其10%煎劑儀對(duì)羊毛樣小孢子菌有輕度的抑制作用，而對(duì)其他多種真菌無效。
③降壓作用黃精的水浸出液，乙醇-水浸出液和30%乙醇浸出液均有降低麻醉動(dòng)物血壓的作用。
【炮制】黃精：洗凈泥土，略潤，切片，曬干。
酒黃精：取揀凈的黃精，洗凈，用酒拌勻，裝入容器內(nèi)，密閉，坐水鍋中，隔水燉到酒吸盡，取出，切段，晾干。
(每黃精100斤，用黃酒50斤)
【性味】甘，平。
①《別錄》：味甘，平，無毒。
②《四聲本草》：寒。
【歸經(jīng)】入脾、肺、腎經(jīng)。
①《雷公炮制藥性解》：入脾、肺二經(jīng)。
②《玉楸藥解》：入足太陰脾、足陽明胃。
③《本草再新》：入心，脾、肺、腎。
【功用主治-黃精的功效】補(bǔ)中益氣，潤心肺，強(qiáng)筋骨。
治虛損寒熱，肺癆咳血，病后體虛食少，筋骨軟弱，風(fēng)濕疼痛，風(fēng)癩癬疾。
①《別錄》：主補(bǔ)中益氣，除風(fēng)濕，安五臟。
②《日華子本草》：補(bǔ)五勞七傷，助筋骨，止饑，耐寒暑，益脾胃，潤心肺。
③《滇南本草》：補(bǔ)虛添精。
④《綱目》：補(bǔ)諸虛，止寒熱，填精髓，下三尸蟲。
⑤《本草從新》：平補(bǔ)氣血而潤。
⑥《現(xiàn)代實(shí)用中藥》：用于間歇熱、痛風(fēng)、骨膜炎、蛔蟲、高血壓。
⑦《四川中藥志》：補(bǔ)腎潤肺，益氣滋陰。
治脾虛面黃，肺虛咳嗽，筋骨酸痹無力，及產(chǎn)后氣血衰弱。
⑧《湖南農(nóng)村常用中草藥手冊(cè)》：補(bǔ)腎健脾，強(qiáng)筋壯骨，潤肺生津。
【用法與用量】內(nèi)服：煎湯，3～5錢(鮮者1～2兩)；熬膏或入丸、散。
外用：煎水洗。
【宜忌】中寒泄瀉，痰濕痞滿氣滯者忌服。
①《綱目》：忌梅實(shí)，花、葉、子并同。
②《本經(jīng)逢原》：陽衰陰盛人服之，每致泄瀉痞滿。
③《得配本草》：氣滯者禁用。
④《本草正義》：有濕痰者弗服。
胃納不旺者，亦必避之。
【選方】①壯筋骨，益精髓，變白發(fā)：黃精、蒼術(shù)各四斤，枸杞根、柏葉各五斤，天門冬三斤。
煮汁一石，同曲十斤，糯米一石，如常釀酒飲。
(《綱目》) ②補(bǔ)精氣：枸杞子(冬采者佳)，黃精等分。
為細(xì)末，二味相和，搗成塊，捏作餅子，干復(fù)搗為末，煉蜜為丸，如梧桐子大。
每服五十丸，空心溫水送下。
(《奇效良方》枸杞丸) ③治脾胃虛弱，體倦無力：黃精、黨參、淮山藥各一兩，蒸雞食。

(《閩東本草》) ⑦治胃熱口渴：黃精六錢，熟地、山藥各五錢，天花粉，麥門冬各四錢。

(《山東中草藥手冊(cè)》) ⑧治眼，補(bǔ)肝氣，明目：蔓菁子一斤(以水淘凈)，黃精二斤(和蔓菁子水蒸九次，曝干)。
上藥，搗細(xì)羅為散。
每服，空心以粥飲調(diào)下二錢，日午晚食后。
以溫水再調(diào)服。
(《圣惠方》蔓菁子散) ⑨治榮氣不清，久風(fēng)入脈，因而成癩，鼻壞色敗，皮膚癢潰：黃精根(去皮洗凈)二斤。
日中曝令軟，納粟米飯甑中同蒸之，二斗米熟為度，不拘時(shí)服。
(《圣濟(jì)總錄》) ⑩治蟯蟲病：黃精八錢，加冰糖二兩，燉服。

【臨床應(yīng)用】①治療肺結(jié)核取黃精經(jīng)蒸曬干燥，洗凈，切碎，加水5倍，用文火煎熬24小時(shí)，濾去渣，再將濾液用文火煎熬，不斷攪拌，待熬成浸膏狀，冷卻，裝瓶備用。
一般5斤黃精可制黃精浸膏1斤，每毫升相當(dāng)于黃精5克。
劑量：每日4次，每次10毫升。
臨床觀察19例，均屬浸潤型肺結(jié)核。
其中浸潤期9例，浸潤溶解期2例，溶解播散期及吸收好轉(zhuǎn)期各1例，靜止期6例。
兩側(cè)病變者11例，有空洞者6例，經(jīng)單獨(dú)內(nèi)服黃精浸膏2個(gè)月后，病灶完全吸收者4例，吸收好轉(zhuǎn)者12例，無改變者3例。
6例空洞，2例閉合，4例有不同程度的縮小。
痰集菌檢查多數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)陰；血沉絕大部分病例均恢復(fù)正常值。
體重及臨床癥狀也有所改善。
②治療癬菌病取黃精搗碎，以95%酒精浸1～2天，蒸餾去大部分酒精，使?jié)饪s，加3倍水，沉淀，取其濾液，蒸去其余酒精，濃縮至稀糊狀，即成為黃精粗制液。
使用時(shí)直接搽涂患處，每日2次。
一般對(duì)足痹、腰癬都有一定療效，尤以對(duì)足癬的水皰型及糜爛型療效最佳。
對(duì)足癬的角化型療效較差，可能是因霉菌處在角化型較厚的表皮內(nèi)，而黃精無剝脫或滲透表皮能力之故。
黃精粗制液搽用時(shí)無痛苦，亦未見變壞的不良反應(yīng)，缺點(diǎn)是容易污染衣服。
【名家論述】①《本經(jīng)逢原》：黃精，寬中益氣，使五藏調(diào)和，肌肉充盛，骨髓強(qiáng)堅(jiān)，皆是補(bǔ)陰之功。
②《本草便讀》)：黃精，為滋膩之品，久服令人不饑，若脾虛有濕者，不宜服之，恐其膩膈也。
附食療方:黃精老年人的食療佳品
一提到老年人進(jìn)補(bǔ)，人們總以為非人參、鹿茸等莫屬。其實(shí)，中藥黃精是老年人較理想的補(bǔ)養(yǎng)之品。因?yàn)槔夏耆?特別是冬季)不僅陽氣較弱，而且陰液多有不足。黃精其性平和，作用緩慢，可作久服滋補(bǔ)之品，既有補(bǔ)脾氣，兼補(bǔ)脾陰，又有潤肺生津，益腎補(bǔ)精的作用。并且無大補(bǔ)溫燥之品可能帶來的副作用?，F(xiàn)代藥理實(shí)驗(yàn)顯示：黃精具有降血壓及降血糖作用，還可以增加冠狀動(dòng)脈血流量，起降低血脂和延緩動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化等作用。據(jù)測定，黃精含脂肪、蛋白質(zhì)、多種氨基酸、淀粉等有益成分，還含天門冬氨酸、毛地黃糖甙以及蒽醌類化合物等活性成分，具有良好的補(bǔ)中益氣作用。適用于脾虛乏力、食欲減退、肺燥干咳、腎虛腰膝酸軟及頭暈等證。所以，老年人服用黃精療虛大有益處，現(xiàn)介紹幾則食療方于下：
1、黃精燉瘦肉：黃精30克，瘦豬肉50克。加水燉熟，適量加鹽，飲湯食肉吃黃精。可治療病后體虛，四肢軟弱無力。
2、黃精玉竹豬胰湯：黃精24克，玉竹30克，豬胰1具。將三物共入砂鍋內(nèi)加水慢火煮熟，入醬油和鹽適量，即可飲湯食肉。有滋養(yǎng)胃陰、潤肺止渴之功，宜糖尿病屬肺胃陰虛者食用。
3、黃精粥：黃精20克，粳米100克，先將黃精煮汁，去藥渣，再入粳米一起煮，粥熟后加白糖食用。對(duì)脾胃虛弱、干咳無痰、咳血等有滋補(bǔ)作用。
4、黃精蒸雞：黃精、黨參、懷山藥各30克，仔母雞一只(約1公斤)。先將雞肉切成1寸見方小塊，入沸水中燙3分鐘撈出，裝入汽鍋內(nèi)，加蔥、姜、花椒、食鹽等調(diào)料，再將以上三藥放入，加蓋蒸3小時(shí)即可食用。對(duì)冬季體倦乏力、腰膝酸軟、怕冷等有效。
5、黃精當(dāng)歸雞蛋湯：黃精20克，當(dāng)歸12克。水煎，再用兩個(gè)煮熟雞蛋去殼，放入藥湯再煮，飲湯吃蛋。對(duì)血虛、面色萎黃無光澤者有較好作用。
6、黃精蓮子薏米粥：黃精25克，蓮子30克，薏米50克。先將黃精煮汁去渣，再入蓮子薏米同煮成粥，調(diào)味服食。能補(bǔ)中益氣、清心健脾，對(duì)脾胃虛弱、神疲氣短、咳嗽氣促有效。
7、黃精酒：黃精20克，白酒500克。將黃精洗凈切成片，入酒中浸泡一周即可飲用。有益精補(bǔ)血、健骨壯陽作用，對(duì)腎虛腰痛、陽萎等有效。另:黃精酒有助提高男性性能力 中醫(yī)認(rèn)為，黃精味甘性平，入脾、肺、腎經(jīng)。北京大學(xué)深圳醫(yī)院主管營養(yǎng)師孫晶丹介紹說，黃精主要以根莖入藥，由于它的樣子很像雞頭，因此又稱為“雞頭參”，主要功效是健脾益腎、補(bǔ)氣養(yǎng)陰、潤心肺、強(qiáng)筋骨，可用于治療腎精虧損、精血不足、脾胃虛弱、體倦乏力、口干食少、肺虛燥咳、內(nèi)熱消渴等。 專家建議，平時(shí)體寒、精力減退或不足的男士，可以每天喝一點(diǎn)黃精酒。此外，黃精中富含的多種營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)，冬天適當(dāng)飲用，還能減少細(xì)胞突變的發(fā)生，從而起到抗衰延壽的作用。 黃精酒的制作方法：準(zhǔn)備黃精根數(shù)條和適量35度白酒，白酒的量約為黃精根的3～4倍。首先，將黃精根洗凈，用潔凈的布擦干，放入大口徑的玻璃瓶中，然后，倒入白酒。泡上2～3個(gè)月后，酒就變成了透明的淡琥珀色，盡量放置半年后再飲用。
