 最近在看《21歲當(dāng)總裁》，被主人公劉思陽的成就驚艷到?？磥砣伺c人之間的唯一的不同，并非外在的軀殼，而是我們內(nèi)在的“軟件系統(tǒng)”，這也就是思維模式、價(jià)值觀、情緒調(diào)節(jié)能力、自我管理能力、信念系統(tǒng)和心態(tài)系統(tǒng)等。 正是不同的“軟件系統(tǒng)”造就了我們每個(gè)人各自不同的命運(yùn)和人生境遇。想要自己的人生過得充實(shí)而有意義，就要趁早做好規(guī)劃并落實(shí)！
記得有一個(gè)巴菲特的演講，關(guān)于對年輕人的建議，如何定義成功? 巴菲特爺爺特別誠懇的跟年輕人提了幾點(diǎn)重要的建議 一，優(yōu)秀的語言表達(dá)能力 二，維持好自己的身心健康 三，結(jié)交比自己更優(yōu)秀的人 以下是演講的部分截錄
主持人：
您是怎么定義成功的呢？ 巴菲特： Well I've said many times that.... that if you get to be 65 or 70 and later,and the people that you want to have love you actually do love you. You are a success. I've never seen anybody that reaches that age. I mean, I'm not talking about somebody that's in extreme poverty. Or pain or something.... But I've never seen anybody that. if they have a lot of people that love them that.... There's other than happy, and I have seen very very wealthy people that they give testimonial interviews to and name schools after and everything. They're... nobody loves them, you know. their own kids would say: he's in the attic, he's on the attic, you know, ok 巴菲特爺爺說，他見過很多非常富有的人，很多人會為這些人舉辦功績宴會，會用他們的名字去命名學(xué)校的等，他們身邊雖然有很多愛他的人，但是他卻不成功，所以他覺得假如你65歲或者70歲的時(shí)候，你在意的人你愛的人也愛著你，那么你這一生就是成功的。 當(dāng)然每個(gè)人對成功的定位不一樣，就像每個(gè)人對幸福的定義也不一樣，所以這是巴菲特爺爺?shù)囊娊?，我們每個(gè)人都可以有自己的觀點(diǎn)！ 主持人： what are, say, three pieces of advice you would give to people. who are looking to succeed in business? 對于那些想在商業(yè)中成功的人來說，你的3個(gè)建議是？ 巴菲特： well, I .... by far the best investment you can make is yourself. I mean that, for example, communication skills. I tell the students that come that.... they are goind to gradutes schools, and .... business and they're learning all these complicated formulas, all that. if they just learn to communicate better and hot in writing and person. They increase their value at least 50%. And I mean that, if you can't communicate somebody, he says, you know. it's like winking at a girl in the dark. Nothing happens you know, basically, and you have to be able to get...get both your ideas and ... and that's relatively easy, I did it myself with a Dale Carnegie course. but it... it's just hugely important, and you... if you invest in yourselft, nobody can take it away from you. I mean.... And the second thing which I'll get a certain criticism for not living. But ...but I do tell the.... those students, you know, that if I gave you a car and it'd be the only car you get. The rest of your life... you take care of it like you can't believe and scratch. you'd fix that moment, you read the owner's manual, you'd keep a garage and do all those things. You get exactly one mind and one body in this world and you can't start talking care of it when you're 50. By that time, you'll rust it out, if you haven't done anything so..so you shouldn't , it's really ....make sure that you just remember that you just got one mind and body to get though life. with it to do the most use of it. 巴菲特爺爺說：
另外，不管怎么說，投資自己是非常重要的，因?yàn)槟銓ψ约哼M(jìn)行投資，你所學(xué)到的知識，沒人能夠從你的身上把它搶走。 最后，就是照顧好自己的身體，巴菲特爺爺說他經(jīng)常因?yàn)闆]有好好愛護(hù)自己的身體被家人批評（巴菲特經(jīng)常吃垃圾食品）他舉例，假如送了一輛車給你，而這個(gè)車是你一輩子唯一的車，那你肯定會對這輛車萬般呵護(hù)，你會仔細(xì)的閱讀產(chǎn)品手冊，會把它放在車庫存好，并用盡一切方法去保護(hù)它。同樣的，你的身體和思維也是世界獨(dú)一無二的，僅有的一份，如果你不能夠未雨綢繆，等你老了，你的身體可就徹底廢了，所以，一定要確保一件事照顧好自己，并且對它們物盡其用。 主持人： what about life advice? 人生的建議又是怎樣的呢？ 巴菲特： Well life advises um... You know the most important thing.... Aside from the things I've talked about already. Is....It's really who you associate with, you want to associate with. People who are better than you are. I mean basically you'll go in the direction of the people. That you associate with and.... And you want to have the right heroes, you want people... If you wanna emulate somebody, you better pick every carefully. who you want o emulate and when.... Obviously you can't pick your parents. They're gonna have an enormous influence on you. But you get choices and you go down the line. And you...who you admire, who you want to copy. And the most important, for more people, in terms of that decision, is their spouse, it's also important in terms of a partner in business. But the partner in life is the most important one. You'll ....you want to pick a spouse that little better than you are. And then he or she.... and you hope they don't figure it out too fast. 除了剛剛說的那些，還有一件很重要的事就是你選擇與什么樣的人為伍，你應(yīng)該選擇比你優(yōu)秀的人為伍，當(dāng)你與這些優(yōu)秀的人為伍時(shí)，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)自己也在變優(yōu)秀的路上了.....你想想你身邊有哪些對的人，然后把他當(dāng)作你的標(biāo)桿，這個(gè)作為標(biāo)桿的人必須選好，很明顯，我們不能選擇自己的父母，父母會對我們產(chǎn)生巨大的影響，但我們在這件事上毫無選擇。但在我們的一生中，我們可以有別的選擇，你可以選擇你崇拜的人，選擇你要效仿的人，還有最重要的是，對于大多數(shù)人來說，這個(gè)決定的關(guān)鍵在于選擇好自己的另一半，當(dāng)然，選對商業(yè)伙伴也非常重要的。 當(dāng)我們無法選擇自己的父母的時(shí)候，就要創(chuàng)造機(jī)會選擇比自己優(yōu)秀的人做標(biāo)桿，同時(shí)要選好自己的伴侶，如果已經(jīng)選擇了也不要抱怨，嘗試多角度的去提升自己，投資自己，所有美好的都在來的路上，只要你足夠努力！
